Terms of Service

By ordering work from me you accept and agree to these terms and conditions

General

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country;

  • I reserve the right to decline your order before starting work without explanation;

  • I retain the right to post the process and results of the work on my social media pages and other resources unless we have agreed on confidentiality.

You are free to use, share, and adapt my work, as long as you give me credit, don't use it for commercial purposes, and share any derivative works under the same license.

Payment

  • I accept payment in dollars via PayPal;

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due before receiving the final files;
    For full prepayment you will receive the models in the early stages for testing to ensure they meet your needs;

  • A prepayment is required no later than two days from the start of work, inclusive;

  • Commercial use of my work is only possible with my consent and upon payment of an additional 100% commission fee of the total order cost;

  • To maintain confidentiality due to a potential NDA, there will be a minimum 50% surcharge applied to the final price. It's important that we discuss and agree on this possibility before I begin working on your project.

Refund

  • Refunds are always possible if the work has not been started;

  • If you change your mind you can ask for a refund, however, if the work has already started, a fee will be deducted from the amount depending on the amount of work done.
